Loan Signing Services

We close at your home, office or anywhere. Prices vary depending on type of loan and number of documents.

Online Notary Services
In January of 2020, Florida approved Remote Online Notaries (RON).
Have your documents notarized from anywhere online via a secured notary platform.
  • Connect with us. Book with us and we will send you the link to our secure online portal. Markly clients receive a discount off of their notarizations.
  • Once in the portal, you will upload your completed documents in PDF format.
  • Before notarizing begins, all signers must provide State-approved I.D. via the portal.
  • ​Once documents are uploaded and I.D.'s verified, we can quickly notarize remotely. The document is made available to you immediately.
RON Online Notarizations: $25 for 1st notarial act per signer. $8/Additional Seal in same session; $5/Additional Signer or Witness; $15 tech fee.
