Wedding Officiant Services

Have the wedding you've always dreamed of! Let us create the ceremony that will compliment your perfect wedding day!

Are you looking for a heartwarming and captivating ceremony for your wedding? Do you want it to include all the things you want -- and none of the things you don't? Do you think your wedding should actually be about...the two of you?? That's what we do!

      • Custom - We collaborate with you. Custom means that from the welcome to the vows to the ring exchange to the pronouncement and everything else, we guide you through the options and we work on it together in a personal planning session. You get the ceremony you've always wanted.
  • Personal - We tell your love story. Personal means we are not just pulling platitudes out of a can from the wedding we did the week before. There's magic in how you met and got engaged and love each other and even more magic in telling your family and friends on your day!
  • Legal - Legal means we are commissioned notaries with the authority to perform your ceremony and fulfill all obligations as a lawful officiant. You will be guided through the paperwork according to state and county regulations, and you get the peace of mind knowing that your marriage is fully legalized.

Will you travel for my wedding and do you charge extra for it?

The fee includes all travel, including the rehearsal, 25 miles from our Flagler Beach, FL office. That's why the fee is incrementally higher as the distance increases. There are no extra fees. The price you see is all you'll pay.

What if the venue doesn't allow a rehearsal?

We recommend and gently insist on a rehearsal - that's why it's included in the service fee! If the venue is not available for a rehearsal, don't fret! We just need a space where we can imagine a "front area" and practice walking down a mock aisle and standing in a line. We can do rehearsals in city parks, living rooms, condo party rooms, and restaurants. We want to do everything we can to make sure everyone is as relaxed as possible on your wedding day. A rehearsal - anywhere - goes a long way towards that.

How and when do I pay?

After we meet and you decide to book our service, we will send you an email with a link to an online payment portal. You can pay by credit card online. We ask for a 50% booking deposit as a retainer and will ask for the remaining 50% well after you have the draft of your ceremony script and it's almost complete. The last thing you want to think about on your wedding day is paying the officiant!

Do we apply for the marriage license or do you?

Most counties in Florida require that the actual parties to the marriage apply for the marriage license. Please check with the county where you will be married for their specific rules. Most require that the license is obtained at least 3 days prior to the ceremony. The officiant can mail the finalized license for you or you can elect to handle the filing yourself. Whatever works best for you!
